ARTIFICIAL
LEG

£100,000

Description

The Artificial Leg has identified comfort and mobility; more importantly, it perfectly fits your body owning to the use of nanomaterial.

The motion level and the driving level of the human body simultaneously are considered, i.e. the lower limb segment movement and the muscle activity. Furthermore, it is intelligent and has multiple functions.

Rotator

1

The rotator provides power to the knee joint.

It has an intelligent button to adjust the walking speed. You can choose a different rate according to your needs.

Foot

3

Foot provides support to the body.

It can switch into the fin and fishtail, which make you like a fish, can freely swim in the water.

Knee Joint

2

The socket transmits forces from the artificial lower limbs to the patient's body.

By using the advanced nanomaterial, it perfectly fits your body.

Socket

4

The knee joint continuously adjusts to allow for normal walking, standing and sitting.

It is computer-controlled so that it can automatically adapt to adjust to the user’s walking style.

WHY CHOOSE US

EFFICIENCY

It has similar functions as the real human lower limb. More importantly, it perfectly fits your body, owning to the use of nanomaterial.

CONNECTION

It can be connected to the Brain-computer Interface, and controlled by brain waves.

FUNCTION

It has an intelligent button to control the rotator and adjust the walking speed; The foot can be switched into fin and fishtail.

DURING THE PROCEDURE

Step 1

The first thing is to determine the osteotomy plane with an X-ray. Under aseptic conditions, the osteotomy plane is dissected and nerves, blood vessels and tendons are separated and labeled. One thousand mL of UW organ preservation fluid (at 4℃) is poured into the brachial artery until it is discharged from the vein.

Step 2

Treatment of receptor materials: various tissues are dissected, dissociated and labeled.

Step 3

Lower limb reconstruction starts. The transplantation is performed in the following order: bones, arteries, deep veins, tendons, nerves, superficial veins and skin.

Step 4

Bone fixation: trapezoidal osteotomy is recommended to enlarge the bone contact area, which is good for bone healing.

Step 5

Vascular anastomosis: anastomosis of brachial artery, ulnar artery, radial artery and brachial artery and the deep veins and more than four superficial veins.

Step 6

Tendon suture: tendon suture is performed by various methods.

Step 7

Nerves suture: nerves suture is performed with the epineurium or perineurium suture, including suturing ulnar nerve, median nerve, superficial branch of the radial nerve.

Step 8

Skin suture: The skin of the recipient area should be preserved as much as possible in hand transplantation.

ARTIFICIAL
ARM

£90,000

Description

The artificial upper arm has robotic prosthetic hands with individually articulated fingers. There can be more than five fingers and they can be customized.

It has similar functions as a real upper arm, even stronger than the real one. It can function as a defence weapon.

Tendon

1

Tendons connect bio-material muscles to bio-material bone.

It can be customized.

Finger

3

It can have as many fingers as needed, according to the requirement.

For example, it can have 108 fingers to control the computer and 88 fingers for a piano player. Owning to more fingers than five, it has high efficiency.

Tendon Sheath

2

The tendon sheath is a double-layer trocar like sealed synovial tube outside the tendon.

This is the synovial sheath protecting the tendon.

Pulley

4

This pulley is located proximal to distal interphalangeal joint, just proximal to the termination of the membranous sheath.

WHY CHOOSE US

EFFICIENCY

It is an effective long-term treatment for upper arms failure, The neurological status are after the treatment improved or stabilized (Gu et al., 2012).

CONNECTION

Electrodes are attached to muscles in the elbow or upper arm; brain waves control the movement of these muscles.

FUNCTION

Vibranium is the primary raw material of our arms. It can make you have strengthened density of the muscles of limbs. Your arm will become your defence weapons.

      DURING THE PROCEDURE

      Step 1

Circumferential soft tissue and muscle are divided around the entire surface of the cervical vertebra. Following appropriate intubation, the trachea and esophagus are also cut. Mechanical respiration is begun.

      Step 2

It is performed at C4–C6 vertebral level and the spinal cord and its vasculature are divided and ligated at C5–C6. Mechanical respiration is continued throughout the experiment.

      Step 3

The vertebral sinus is obliterated with the use of cautery and intravascular injection of fast-setting celloidin. The vertebral arteries are destroyed.

      Step 4

At this point, the head and body are entirely separated, except for the two neurovascular bundles.

      Step 5

The carotid artery and jugular vein divided and reconnected using a suitably sized tubing arranged in loops during constant EEG surveillance. The vagi are sectioned under ECG monitoring.

      Step 6

The cannula–vascular transfer is performed and the carotid arteries and jugular veins are anastomosed (Canavero, 2013).

      Step 7

Skin suture: The skin of the recipient area should be preserved as much as possible in hand transplantation.

      Step 8

Support is made for the connection with the head and body.
